The Department has developed this Site to allow all Government schools to advertise job vacancies and manage the recruitment process. The Department has used its best endeavours to ensure that the information provided on the Site is correct and current at the time of publication, but does not warrant or represent that the information is accurate or up to date or that the online service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Furthermore, you acknowledge that email communications from the Department may have been automatically generated and may not have been the subject of specific formulation to meet your personal requirements.
Specifically, the Department does not warrant that an application submitted through the Site will be received by the advertiser, or will be forwarded before any relevant application cut-off date. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checks to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy and certainty, for example by contacting a school to confirm receipt of your application.
To the extent permitted by law, the Department and its employees, agents and consultants exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) arising from the use of, or reliance on, the information provided whether or not caused by any negligent act or omission of the Department. If any law prohibits the exclusion of such liability, the Department limits its liability to the extent permitted by law, to the resupply of the information.
No guarantees of job vacancy
The Department gives no guarantee to you of the continued availability of any particular job advertised on the Site and will not be liable to you should a vacancy be filled at any time prior to removal of an advertisement from the Site.

Risks associated with downloading material
The Department cannot and does not warrant that emails and attached material delivered from the Site or that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. The service is provided on the basis that upon downloading or receipt you will conduct such virus scanning and other checks as may be necessary to ensure that the material will not corrupt in any way your data, software or systems or those of any other person.
You acknowledge and agree that The Department will not be under any liability to you for any loss or damage however caused, that arises in any way from the use of the downloaded material or email attachments.
